NOW OPEN: 3 Story, 86 Guest Room Hotel at Kinderton Place in Bermuda Run

Hilton Hotels has announced the ground breaking for a new Hampton Inn in Advance, NC.  This 4 story, hotel will consist of 86 well-appointed guest rooms, and include such amenities such as complimentary breakfast, 32” flat screen TV’s, refrigerator, microwaves, high speed internet access and many other services required by today’s travelers.  The hotel will also have a fitness center, meeting room, boardroom, executive center, game room and new prototype Hampton Inn perfect mix lobby.  This will be Hilton’s first Hampton Inn with enhanced water facilities which include an indoor swimming pool, hot tub along with 2 water sleds with 16’ drop; 136’ long run and 120’ long run.   Kinderton Inn, LLC is the owners of the property and will be and managed by LHP Management Company, LLC.  LHP Management Company, LLC is a Pennsylvania based firm that the owners have been in the hotel management business for a period of over 25 years.    They presently own and operate hotels in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, and Florida and now are proud to be in the State of North Carolina.

President Richard Born will oversee all aspects of the building construction and then with the management of the hotel.
